Client satisfaction is a top priority for GJM. We work routinely with our clients to ensure that their expectations are being met and even surpassed. Constant communication is a key element in determining expectations, and we routinely take the time to speak individually with clients to hear their feedback.
Here are what one of our current clients has to say:
Client: Pump Engineering
Contact: Roy Radakovich, CEO
“Since working with GJM, not only do they have a firm understanding of our business but they have increased our bottom line with innovative strategies such as the IC-DISC. From the initial assessment of the tax savings of the IC-DISC to the implementation, GJM developed a strategy that maximized our benefit and worked with our legal counsel to make sure we had the supporting documentation we needed for the export incentive. The whole process was seamless and reduced our taxes by thousands of dollars. They make my job as a CEO easier because they proactively bring ideas to the table to help make our business better.
I consider GJM a credible and knowledgeable Partner because they truly are. They are always looking out for my best interest and the interests of my shareholders. They not only provide good sound accounting and financial advice (that over the years of our business relationship has helped save substantial sums of our income), GJM has introduced me to other industry leaders that we could associate with and exchange business ideas with one another.”
Client: Rocky Roemer
Contact: Wellington F. Roemer III, President/CE
We made the switch to GJ&M for 3 equally important reasons. First, we believed the overall level of service would be superior to the service we had been receiving from our prior accounting firm. GJ&M is small enough to be responsive and large enough to offer the highest levels of professional accounting services to its clients. Second, we were seeking more value for services provided. In these trying economic conditions, every company needs a business advisor who is proactive in finding ways to improve their business. Third, we were unwilling to compromise when it came to our accounting firm’s reputation for integrity.
In short, as we were considering a change in accounting firms, we were looking for:
service, value and integrity. We have not been disappointed.
In fact, we have been fully satisfied in every respect throughout the duration of our professional relationship which commenced in 2005. I invite you to contact me personally to verify the foregoing.
Client: Seneca Medical, Inc.
Contact: Todd R. Howell, CFO
1. How have we made a difference in your organization/company?
GJM made a very positive impact on our Company during the most recent IRS audit…your tax department (Charlie Heid and Deanna Hall) defended Seneca in front of the agents. The situation was resolved in the best possible manner for the Company. After that, I awarded GJM the tax compliance work for a job well done. GJM also helped us get our fixed asset software up and running. They “loaned” us an intern who populated the data in the software so that we could hit the ground running. Year end updates have been inconsequential to us ever since. They also automated our Form 5500 filings…saving our CFO (me) a great deal of time and effort…
2. What is your overall impression of our firm?
Extremely positive…having “grown up” at Ernst & Young in Toledo for a number of years, there is no question about the quality of personnel at your firm. Seneca Medical is getting quality audits without the Big 4 price tag.
3. When you think of Gilmore, Jasion, & Mahler, LTD what words would you use to describe our firm and service?
Quality, integrity, value, knowledge… Big 4 experience, without the Big 4 price…
4. Do you remember why you chose GJM?
The audit went out to bid as my previous firm’s audit fee just got too high for what they were doing. A number of local firms bid on the business. I certainly felt the most comfortable with the team that GJM put in front of me. It was a pretty easy victory for GJM.
