In order to help all of our new and current employees succeed in their careers, we have developed the 3 C’s of career development:
GJM recognizes that certifications are valuable to both our firm and to you as an employee. We will work with you to achieve specific certifications by providing study materials, review assistance, and help with exam preparation. We encourage all employees to achieve the certification early in their careers and will provide any needed support.
Even if you have already received your CPA certification, continuing your education is vital to your success as an employee. We work with our employees to provide them with as much access to CPE credits as possible. GJM also provide reimbursement for all continuing professional
Career Advising Program
Even if you are a seasoned employee, new environments can be intimidating and a lot to handle. At GJM we work with all of our new employees, whether they are new to the work force or simply new to our firm, to make them feel at home and comfortable through the use of our mentoring program. We also have career advisors who are specially trained and focused on your development. These advisors will help you through our roadmap to success.
